CTR PERSONNEL OFFICE MISSION STATEMENT
This department is responsible for processing all CTR payroll to individuals including monthly, weekly and hourly payroll, scholarship payments, tuition and fees and payments to independent contractors in the most timely, efficient, and transparent means possible.
